Was in the Bull on Saturday evening. Cracking band, good crowd and no trouble (except for the woman who took exception to her partner dancing too close to another lady). If this is a typical Saturday night, I'll be back.

new owner has completely changed the vibe .most peeps are 40 ish, bands galore, no chaves, no squaddies, not that squaddies causze much trouble nowadays, really good boozer. no trouble whatsoever [ps. dave the owner. mines a fosters!! ;)

The Bull has transformed from a once 'rough hole' to a real music pub with a great atmosphere. You have the chance to see some good live bands from a wider radius than most other live venues as well as comedy nights. The 'punters' are generally well behaved and the pub is well managed. Give it a try.

What has happened to The Bull.I remember this pub being a no go to most people. I went in here for the first time the other night, there was a great band playing and the atmospehere was really great. Even better they had an unusual selection of real ales, Thwaites Thoroughbred Gold , Ringwood Best Bitter and Harviestoun Bitter ans Twisted. It was really nice to see something on the pumps. I really have to recommend this pub now, I will be back

I havent been in since I saw a bar stool come through the window. Dont go in there unarmed because you will pay dearly for it!
